If Client is sick or appear to be ill, we will refuse service and Client will be charged full amount.
Symptoms of COVID-19 can include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. If your symptoms worsen or become severe, you should seek medical care. Severe symptoms include trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, confusion, inability to wake or stay awake, or bluish lips or face.

Venmo preferred for contactless payment. Credit Card also accepted but not contactless.
All Customers and Clients must wear a mask before entering.
Please use complimentary Hand Sanitizer upon entering and exiting.
Soap and Hand Washing Sink is available.
Temperatures are checked and required with a no touch thermometer at the door during entry.
No Waiting Area. Please wait to be instructed to enter the building.
No Public Restrooms.
No Pets or Guests. We are only allowing the client inside that is receiving the service.
No Drinks / Beverages or Food Allowed Inside.
Staff wears a mask and face shield or eye protection when required.
Effective July 6th, travelers from the following states, including Chicago residents returning from these states, will be directed to quarantine upon arrival in Chicago (This means we can NOT provide services to you):
- North Carolina
- North Dakota
- South Carolina
